Return Policy:

We offer a liberal 30 day “no hassle” return policy. Goods must be returned in original box with all original parts in new condition.

If the product is defective upon arrival, we will issue a full refund including return shipping.

If you decide that the product is not what you wanted, such as an impulse buy, we will deduct return shipping and issue a refund.

If you have an individual part that is defective, we will promptly replace the part at our cost if found within the warranty period.

Our top and bottom trays are guaranteed for one full year.

All other manufactured parts follow the manufacturer's warranties and we will replace them during the warranty period.

Our preferred shipping method is UPS ground. Please contact us for expedited shipping rates.

You can expect 4-6 days for delivery with standard ground shipping.

We ship to the lower 48 states excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us if you need shipping outside of these areas.
